Rifkin

Privacy policy

Effective 18 September 2026

Who we are

Rifkin is an internal operations tool of Rifkin Group, Inc. It is used only by Rifkin Group and its own companies (Goodbrother, Posthaste, Rifkin and related entities) and their invited staff. It is not offered to the public.

What we read

When a company connects QuickBooks or Stripe, Rifkin reads only monthly revenue and expense totals, and job or project profitability figures. It never writes to, changes, or moves money in the books.

How it is kept

Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on the server and are never shown in the browser. Data is stored in Supabase in the United States and served from Vercel. Each person sees only the companies they have been granted.

Who else sees it

We do not sell data or share it with third parties, except the service providers that host and run the app: Supabase, Vercel, Intuit, Stripe, and the AI provider behind Rif, the in-app assistant that writes summaries. Where Rif is used, the relevant text is sent to that provider to produce the answer. It is not used to train models.

Stopping and deleting

Disconnecting in QuickBooks, or in the app, stops all reading. Stored figures can be deleted on request: email jake@rifkin.group.
