These terms are the end-user license agreement for Rifkin, an internal operations tool of Rifkin Group, Inc. By signing in, you agree to them.
Internal use only
Rifkin may be used only by Rifkin Group, its own companies (Goodbrother, Posthaste, Rifkin and related entities) and their invited staff. It is not offered to the public, and no one else is licensed to use it.
What it does with your books
With QuickBooks and Stripe, Rifkin reads only monthly revenue and expense totals, and job or project profitability figures. It never writes to, changes, or moves money in the books. Disconnecting in QuickBooks, or in the app, stops all reading. How data is stored and who else handles it is set out in the privacy policy.
No warranty
Rifkin is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
